In which I bask in the rain and listen to my brother Michael’s Zoobaloo on Spotify as I work through Doug Neill’s Learn in Public workbook I think about the tricky balance between public and private in my writing life, and admire Kirsten Fogg’s new venture Writer Out of Residence.

I really enjoyed this podcast and love the thought of Writer *Out* of Residence. As far as growing both the podcast and Murmurs they are SO wonderful they deserve as wide a readership as possible so I do encourage you to follow that plan of expanding. Too I liked how you talked about writing a *secret* project. My own book right now is a diary of a writer balancing being bipolar with getting the work done and overcoming obstacles and while it feels very private sharing blog posts about working on it is a very satisfying way to get some feedback while still keeping the work itself private for now.
I would love to know how you found the online writers groups you participate in. They sound wonderful!
Blessings to you. I enjoy your work so much.
